Be the Architect of FP&A in a Global Business Set to Disrupt the Market

Commercial Finance Lead | £85,000–£95,000 + 25% Bonus + Private Medical + Matched Pension | Hybrid (Nottingham HQ)

And now they’re looking for someone with spark. A commercially sharp, technically curious finance lead who’s ready to build, challenge, and transform—not just report.

You’ll own FP&A across the group’s highest-growth division , playing a lead role in how the business sets strategy and makes decisions

It’s a true transformation agent role —the aim is to make yourself redundant in 12–18 months by building something scalable and self-sufficient

You’ll be seen, heard, and challenged— working directly with the CEO (who used to be CFO) and senior leadership to influence what happens next

The finance team is deeply integrated , data-led, and well-regarded across the business. This isn’t siloed FP&A—this is central to performance

They’re serious about innovation : AI-enabled modelling, SQL-based forecasting, and tech automation are part of their DNA

• ACA or MBA-qualified with strong academics—someone who can hold their own with commercial leaders
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment— you’re not just a reporter, you’re a builder
• Sharp, curious, and ambitious : a natural change agent who wants to challenge the norm and push boundaries
• Comfortable engaging with data at source— advanced excel or similar skills to automate, model, and surface insight
• A confident communicator who can simplify complexity, bring structure, and help define what ‘great’ looks like
