Controllership Trainee

As a Controllership Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience across key financial processes, supporting the team in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Educated to degree level or currently completing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with process mapping, data analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies (advantageous).
