Are you kind and approachable with a real desire to support people who have been through a tough time?

We are looking for a full and part time Support Worker to join our Adults service in Nottingham City.

In this role, you’ll deliver trauma informed, strengths-based support to enable people to overcome personal challenges and lead settled, fulfilled lives. You will help people to maintain their tenancy, working alongside them to build life skills and help them avoid repeat homelessness.

We need someone who is flexible, approachable and non-judgemental. Someone who is passionate and solutions-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment but always takes a kind approach.

While experience in a similar role would be great, full training will be provided.
