A leading manufacturing company in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in recruitment, employee relations and compliance. The HR Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing training programs and ensuring adherence to UK employment laws. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR within manufacturing and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

A CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
