I’m currently working with a number of well-established and growing recruitment agencies that are adding experienced consultants to their teams. Whether that be a 180/270 or 360 degree consultant, you'll work in a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path for progression - ideal for someone who’s ready to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

• Autonomy & Trust – You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk while being supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team.

• At least 6-12 months of recruitment experience (sector flexible).
• Longevity within a previous agency.
• Strong client/candidate relationship skills.
• A confident self-starter who’s commercially minded and target driven.
