Role Overview:
As a Smart Home Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing smart home technology solutions that enhance the safety, comfort, and independence of our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology solutions are easy to use, effective, and adaptable to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart home systems for clients.
• Collaborate with the tech and care teams to tailor smart home solutions based on individual needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our offerings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and staff regarding the use of smart home technology.
• Document and report on system functionality and issues, and propose improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in smart home technology installation and support.
• Strong understanding of IoT devices, smart home systems, and automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for technology and improving the quality of life for others.
