As an Oracle EPM – FCCS Technical Consultant
, you will be an expert in EPBCS (Workforce & Financials), RCS and FCCS. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, implement best practices and provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• Conduct business analysis, solution design and configuration based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, data forms, smart lists, task lists and dashboards.
• Design and maintain integrations using Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data loads and automation.
• Build and troubleshoot metadata structures, mappings, validations and transformation logic.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, user guides and test scripts.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and IT teams for system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide L2 and L3 production support.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with EPBCS (especially workforce and Financials modules).
• Strong understanding and experience with ARCS and FCCS functionality and configurations.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (planning, budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation).
• Proficiency in:
  Business Rules or Calculation Manager, Smart View, EPM Automate, Data Management or FDMEE, Excel-based templates and reporting.
• Good knowledge of integration tools (OIC/REST APIs/SFTP for EPM Integration).
• SQL skills for data analysis and logic integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
