Solution Consultant – InPhase Implementation

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to lead the end-to-end deployment of a leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role involves translating business requirements into tailored solutions, configuring modules, driving user adoption, and providing advisory support to clients. You will work closely with advisory and consulting teams and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead workshops to capture business requirements and design tailored solutions.

* Configure GRC modules (governance, risk, compliance, audit, performance) and manage data migration.

* Act as the primary client contact, advising on best practices and demonstrating product capabilities.

* Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (ERP, HR, document management) and troubleshoot issues.

* Deliver end-user and admin training, support adoption, and produce documentation.

* Contribute to project planning, monitor milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

* Hands-on experience with InPhase or similar GRC tools (solution design, configuration, implementation).

* Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.

* Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and performance frameworks.

* Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

* Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and dashboards.

* Proficiency in MS Office, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and project methodologies (Prince2, PMP).

* 5–8 years in solution consulting or enterprise software implementation.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

* Hybrid working (1 day in office per week).

* Contract role, Inside IR35, market rate
