Data Integrations Support and Projects Officer

Overview

We are looking for a self‑motivated Data Integrations Support and Projects Officer to support and develop data integrations across our digital platforms, including CRM and websites.

• Support and develop data integrations across digital platforms, including CRM and websites.
• Provide end‑user support for cloud and digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot data integrations and work with APIs in business process automation.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across the Wildlife Trusts federation.
• Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure the best outcomes for IT service users.

• Practical experience in an IT support environment.
• Experience troubleshooting data integrations and working with APIs in a business process automation context.
• Knowledge of cloud and digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain complex information to non‑IT colleagues.
• Analytical thinker with up‑to‑date technical knowledge across a broad range of platforms.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to develop new skills and use new technologies.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
