We are seeking a Technical Support Level 3 (m/w/d), based in Nottingham, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office per week.

How you will make a difference @ FARO
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to hardware and software products
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions following guidelines
  • Manage incidents, product defects, license issues, and escalations
  • Maintain detailed documentation for support incidents
  • Research and troubleshoot system issues
  • Escalate issues internally when necessary
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Lead on escalated issues or small projects
  • Contribute to process improvements
This position requires
  • Technical background (apprenticeship, further education, university degree preferred)
  • Experience in a technical service organization
  • Knowledge of process and project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
