Are you an experienced Change Lead with a strong background in SAP S / 4
HANA transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our Construction Client to drive successful change initiatives across a major ERP programme.
- Lead the change management strategy for a large-scale S / 4
HANA implementation. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Identify and mitigate change risks, ensuring business readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impacts and benefits.
- Proven experience as a Change Lead on complex ERP programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4
HANA and its impact on business processes. - Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
