SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to help grow our organic visibility across the No7 Beauty Company e‑commerce websites. This role is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class on‑page, technical and off‑page SEO activity, with a strong focus on adapting to the rapid evolution of AI, Search Generative Experiences (SGE) and geo‑specific optimisation.

• Perform ongoing keyword research and manage keyword tracking tools for paid and organic search. Identify high‑performing keywords to optimise website content and drive targeted traffic.
• Support briefing and optimisation of organic search activity towards key performance indicators.
• Monitor and analyse performance through SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to our e‑commerce sites’ goals.
• Manage the search agency partner, overseeing deliverables such as reporting, analyses and technical audits.
• Deliver off‑page SEO activity, including digital PR, link‑building campaigns and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure organic search strategy complements the pay‑per‑click strategy, identifying synergies to reduce overall reliance on paid traffic.

• Proven experience in an SEO role, ideally in an e‑commerce or digital‑first environment.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge and understanding of influencing factors.
• Experience with on‑page optimisation.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clear communication of SEO strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce (nice to have).
• Content writing experience (nice to have).
• Agency management experience (nice to have).
