A leading IT service provider is looking for a First Line IT Support Analyst based in Nottingham. This role involves being the first contact for customers with IT-related issues, logging incidents, and resolving them where possible. You will work in a supportive team and need to be on-site five days a week. While prior technical knowledge is helpful, it's not essential as training is provided.
The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring SC Clearance.
