Analytics Engineer – Nottingham (Hybrid, 2 days in office) – Up to £60,000 + Benefits

A fast-growing, consumer-focused digital organisation is scaling its Data function and looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the team at an exciting stage of growth. This is a hands‑on role where you will design and maintain data models, pipelines and BI tools, helping the business make confident, data‑driven decisions.

• Work in a modern data environment with tools like dbt, Airflow, Python, AWS, Databricks and Looker/BI platforms
• Build scalable data models, pipelines and self‑serve analytics solutions
• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency, including using modern AI/LLM tools
• Collaborate across teams, translating business needs into actionable data solutions
• Influence data standards, best practices and the evolution of the analytics platform

• Proven experience building analytics data models and pipelines in a cloud environment
• Strong SQL, Python, dbt, Databricks and BI platform experience
• Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, governance and analytics best practice
• Excellent communicator and collaborative mindset

Nottingham – hybrid with 2 days per week in the office

Up to £60,000 plus a strong benefits package
