Vulnerability Management Team Leader

Location

UK – Nottingham, Hatfield, Milton Keynes – Computacenter UK offices

• Lead a team of vulnerability management specialists
• Coaching, performance management and career development for direct reports
• Align team goals with business objectives and compliance standards
• Build strong relationships with business areas and demonstrate leadership behaviour

• Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle of vulnerability detection, analysis and remediation using tools such as Qualys, Tenable, SCCM and Defender
• Integrate threat intelligence into operational workflows and coordinate remediation with resolver teams

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and line managers to evolve the vulnerability management service
• Articulate complex concepts clearly and implement service improvements that add value to customers

• Proven experience leading technical security teams
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and threat intelligence practices
• Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., Ivanti ISM, Service Now)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to travel between Computacenter UK offices and the client site in Stevenage
