About the RoleWe are seeking a senior engagement lead / client partner to join our financial services practice. In this role, you will work directly with C-suite and senior executives at leading investment managers, spearheading high-impact engagements, shaping transformation agendas, and establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor.
This is a partner-track leadership opportunity with direct visibility to the firm’s senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory :
Act as a thought partner to senior executives and CXOs; build trusted relationships and influence strategic decision-making. - Solution Leadership :
Shape and drive innovative strategies in data modernization, advanced analytics, and AI that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Client Engagement :
Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders; proactively identify emerging needs, opportunities, and original ideas. - Practice Growth :
Contribute to firm-wide leadership by expanding the financial services vertical with differentiated and scalable offerings. - Leadership :
Represent the firm’s leadership team in client interactions; collaborate across delivery, consulting, and managed services. - Team & Capability Development :
Mentor, recruit, and develop project leads and consultants; contribute to culture-building, knowledge development, and internal initiatives.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated success in winning business and growing client accounts.
- Recognized executive presence, deep domain expertise, and the ability to navigate and influence complex client organizations.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and advisory skills; ability to engage at the highest levels and operate effectively in politically complex environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, visionary, and capable of shaping new opportunities.
