HANA Project Systems Consultant – Senior Manager

Our client is a global advisory and technology consultancy helping organisations deliver large-scale Finance Transformation and SAP S / 4

HANA programmes. They are expanding their SAP and Finance Consulting practice and are looking for a Senior Manager to lead functional solution design, manage delivery teams, and act as a senior advisor on enterprise-wide SAP projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to combine hands‑on delivery with strategic client influence and career progression.

This role sits within a high-performing SAP team focused on Finance Transformation and enterprise-wide S / 4

HANA change. You will lead solution design, manage delivery teams, and act as a senior advisor across multiple engagements. The environment is collaborative, diverse and built around progression, giving you space to lead, influence and develop your career.

• Providing functional solution design for Project Systems and PPM across S / 4
  
  HANA programmes.
• Owning key architecture and integration decisions and working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Managing a portfolio of client engagements and reporting into Director and Partner levels.
• Leading commercial and financial management of projects.
• Supporting pre‑sales, proposals and wider business development activity.
• Developing strategies to solve complex delivery and technical challenges.
• Leading teams of 10–15 functional consultants and reviewing quality across all deliverables.
• Shaping and delivering programmes to meet expectations and internal quality standards.

• You have extensive experience in S / 4
  
  HANA Project Systems and PPM.
• You have led multiple end‑to‑end implementations in S / 4
  
  HANA Project Systems.
• You have operated as a Functional Lead or Architect managing larger delivery teams.
• You are confident with senior stakeholder engagement.
• You have advisory experience and understand best practice design.
• You have pre‑sales exposure and experience from a top consulting firm.
