As an apprentice, you’ll learn how to provide technical support to customers, assist with troubleshooting, and help maintain IT systems. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about technology and enjoys working with people.
Key responsibilities
* Learn how to respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
* Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity).
* Help set up and configure devices for customers.
* Support the team in logging and tracking support requests.
* Learn to provide clear and friendly advice to customers.
* Assist with routine system checks and updates.
* Work with the IT team to escalate more complex issues.
* Stay informed about common IT problems and solutions.
Requirements
* Interest in technology and helping people.
* Good communication skills and a friendly approach.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
