Litigation Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their busy and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while continuing to develop and progress your career within the firm.

• Contract and commercial disputes
• Property and landlord/tenant matters
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Employment and professional negligence claims
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work

• Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
• Business development experience
