About the RoleThe team are now seeking an experienced Managing Associate lawyer who has circa 8‑15 years’ PQE to join them in the Trusts, Estates and Tax team in Nottingham; we could also consider Sheffield or Birmingham as alternative locations. Directors and Partners specialise in particular areas, including acting as independent administrators in high net worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering cross‑border estates and advising agricultural clients.
The team is recognised for its ability to work flexibly to find solutions. An example of this is the firm’s Private Wealth Initiative wherein members of the Corporate and TET teams work together to build succession and tax plans for business owners.
