• Work with my client on major land acquisitions and large‑scale development projects across England and Wales
• Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements between developers
• Manage disposals of serviced land parcels to developers and Housing Associations

• Operate within one of the UK’s largest residential development teams (200+ specialists)
• Support developments involving up to 6,500 new homes
• Collaborate with litigation, planning and construction experts for full‑service delivery
• Rely on a dedicated plot‑sales team to remain focused on acquisition and development work

• A Senior Associate with strong experience in real estate development
• Experience with house builder clients is advantageous, though my client welcomes commercial development lawyers looking to specialise
• Passionate about land acquisition and residential development
