Nottingham | Office-Based | Salary DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property within a collaborative environment.

• Supporting fee earners and assisting with a broad range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold).
• Preparing and progressing files from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Assisting with post-completion matters.

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing (paralegal or legal assistant level).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
• A proactive and team-focused approach.

• Salary dependent on experience.
• 23 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 1 year's service.
