In this role, the successful candidate will support the management of freight quotes and bookings from initial request through to delivery. You will be involved in selecting appropriate services, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and helping to ensure consignments run smoothly while meeting customer and compliance requirements.

• Handle the end to end processing of freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to organise and optimise shipments
• Keep operational systems and documentation up to date for accurate tracking and compliance
• Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues that arise
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• 2:1 degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain or related field
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail with accurate record keeping skills
• Problem solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• Communication skills with internal teams and external partners
