SHIFT PATTERN:
Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week, 17.00 to 21.00

OVERVIEW OF

JOB DESCRIPTION

ABM is looking for an experienced cleaner to work in our Capital One office building; you must have a good eye for detail and high standards of work. You will be responsible for completing daily and weekly tasks and proactively looking to improve our services for the Client. You must have a good understanding of health and safety, be polite and have good communication skills as you will be working front of house and act as a representative of our Company.

Excellent timekeeping and attendance is a must.

Own transport is essential.

Face covering and social distancing practices apply across premises.

Main

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and Gymnasium
  • Hovering, mopping, dusting
  • Disinfecting surfaces and high touch points
  • Window/Glass cleaning
  • Machinery work
Person Specification
  • Able to work on their own
  • Promote a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.
  • Operates and manages workload effectively without supervision.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied in complying with legislation and company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain critical standards for professionalism, service, speed and quality assurance.
  • Adhere with new policies and procedures to ensure that a respectful workplace exists
Essential
  • Sound communications skills.
  • 2 years cleaning experience.
  • Demonstrate initiative in the absence of supervision, accepting responsibility.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes and other compliance policies.
  • Executing duties in a manner which minimises the incidents and accidents within your Department.
  • The staff member must be available throughout the duration of the designated shift.
