Block Manager – Nottingham – £40k

We are seeking an experienced block manager professional for a boutique block management company in Nottingham. Our client has built long‑standing relationships and needs someone very customer‑service focused. You will receive support from a back‑office team and report directly to the Leasehold Director.

A small boutique provider of professional estate and block management services. They take pride in a proactive approach, ensuring high standards and efficient service administration to enhance the living experience for residents, lessees, and freeholders.

• Managing a portfolio of 14 freehold/leasehold developments
• Setting and adjusting service charge budgets
• Chairing AGMs
• Taking lead on major works projects
• Handling insurance claims
• Liaising regularly with contractors

• £40,000 salary
• TPI Sponsorship
• 9‑5 Monday to Friday
• 31 days annual leave
• Supportive and collaborative team

• Over one year’s experience in Block Management
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
