What will you be doing?- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers, creating a high‑performing, customer‑focused team that delivers commercial success.
- Drive sales growth and profitability across multiple sites – managing budgets, P&L, stock levels, and pricing for your region.
- Maximise commercial impact by making smart, data‑led decisions on resource allocation and investment.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a winning culture and clear succession plans to grow internal talent.
- Identify underperformance early and provide the right support to help people thrive.
- Bring the national strategy to life regionally, securing buy‑in from stores and aligning short‑term action with long‑term growth goals.
- Collaborate with Trade Sales, Specification, and Marketing teams to deliver shared business objectives and customer excellence.
- Proven track record of multi‑site sales leadership, ideally in a trade or B2B environment.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen – delivering profit, ROI, and growth through data‑driven decision‑making.
- Experience managing regional P&L, budgets, and stock to optimise performance.
- Skilled in coaching and developing leaders, with a hands‑on approach and presence in‑store.
- Ability to translate national strategies into regional success stories, bringing consistency, belief, and discipline to every store.
- Innovative problem‑solver who identifies challenges, seises opportunities, and acts quickly to implement change.
