• Proven track record of multi‑site sales leadership, ideally in a trade or B2B environment.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen – delivering profit, ROI, and growth through data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience managing regional P&L, budgets, and stock to optimise performance.
• Skilled in coaching and developing leaders, with a hands‑on approach and presence in‑store.
• Ability to translate national strategies into regional success stories, bringing consistency, belief, and discipline to every store.
