Rushcliffe Borough Council provides high quality services to more than 110,000 residents in a borough made up of vibrant towns and stunning villages. Our Council offices are located in West Bridgford, Nottingham in a purpose-built office and leisure centre facility, Rushcliffe Arena.

• Drive forwards high‑profile projects that sit at the heart of our reorganisation
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across the Council, with councillors, staff, external stakeholders and partners and Nottinghamshire's joint PMO
• Create and oversee governance frameworks that keep complex programmes on track
• Inspire teams, manage resources, and deliver results that matter

• Think strategically and have proven experience in delivering results through effective programme management
• A natural communicator who can influence and inspire at every level
• Strong skills in governance, risk management, and strategic delivery
• A track record of turning ambitious ideas into successful outcomes
