They are looking for an ambitious and highly capable Chartered Structural Engineer who is ready to step into a leadership role - someone who combines technical excellence with commercial awareness, and who can bring both strategic direction and personal flair to an established and growing team.

As Associate Director, you'll be responsible for leading the structural team, managing and mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of building structures projects. You'll work closely with regional and national directors, contributing to business strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement in key schemes and assisting in expanding the team.

You'll bring a strong local network and a track record of winning work, along with excellent business development and client relationship skills.
