Overview
Citizens Advice Nottingham & District are looking for an Advice Supervisor to join our General Advice Team to supervise and support paid, volunteer and outreach advice workers. This role will also include attendance at cost of living events and outreach locations throughout Nottingham City, Rushcliffe and Gedling areas.
Responsibilities- to supervise and support paid, volunteer and outreach advice workers
- to attend cost of living events and outreach locations throughout Nottingham City, Rushcliffe and Gedling areas
- minimum of two years’ experience of delivering advice (in welfare benefits, housing and employment) ideally in a local Citizens Advice Office
- recent experience of or ability to demonstrate an ability to support and supervise advice workers
- excellent communication skills, be organised, self-motivated and able to travel to venues
