Shifts:

Sunday–Wednesday | Wednesday–Saturday | One week 3 days, one week 4 days | 7am to 6pm or 11am to 10pm

Hours:

8–12 hour shifts
Job Type: Temp to Perm (potential permanent role after 12 weeks)
Vital People are recruiting Production Operatives for a leading Fresh Produce supplier in Beeston.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced food production team and gain valuable experience in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safe and efficient operation of production machinery

* Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards

* Conduct quality checks on products

* Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines

* Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

* Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues
Experience and

Skills Required:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

* Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting machinery

* Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations

* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

* Knowledge of HACCP is a plus

* Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated
