Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for an Experienced PCB Technician to work in their leading facility in Telford.

DUE TO A REQUEST FROM THE CUSTOMER, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF REPAIRING COMPONENTS ON MOBILE PHONES, LAPTOPS OR TABLETS MA INBOARDS

• Temporary-Permanent position
• 9 am – 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Overtime opportunities available
• Pay rate negotiable depending on experience
• Canteen facilities on site
• Free parking

• Daily use of schematics to diagnose faults
• Replace any capacitors or fuses that have blown on the circuit board
• Fault finding diagnostics
• Repairing or replacing components
• Testing the items to ensure they are to the required customer standard
• Using hand and air tools
• Intricate assembly work
• Soldering intricate components
• Reading and working from drawings

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Previous soldering / micro soldering experience in Apple Devices, laptops and/or phones is essential
• Previous experience of using Sonic Baths to clean the circuit boards is an advantage
