Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £32,750 OTE £45,000 About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Technician to join our Nottingham Bodyshop team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality body repairs, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop looking its best. Youll work with modern equipment and materials in a safe, supportive environment, helping maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for painting and refinishing Apply paintwork using manufacturer-quality standards Colour match, mix, and apply paints accurately Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What Were Looking For Experience as a Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter, or Refinisher Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes Ability to work to deadlines without compromising accuracy Knowledge of colour matching and mixing techniques Team player with a proactive attitude ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
