A leading UK food manufacturer is seeking a Site Head of Technical for their Riverside Bakery in Nottingham. This senior role involves leading the technical team, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance, while managing audits and driving continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have extensive technical leadership experience in food manufacturing, preferably chilled products, and are expected to have a degree in Food Science, along with HACCP and Food Safety certifications.
