Citizens Advice Nottingham & District are looking for a Debt Advice Co‑ordinator to join our General Advice team to develop the capacity of volunteer advisers to assist clients with debt problems and to support the debt casework team.
Responsibilities- Develop the capacity of volunteer advisers to assist clients with debt problems and support the debt casework team.
- Attend cost of living events and outreach locations throughout Nottingham City, Rushcliffe and Gedling areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to travel to venues.
- Recent debt advice experience, ideally in a not‑for‑profit advice setting.
- Recent experience of, or ability to support and supervise, advice workers.
