Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Nottingham

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). This is a mobile role; pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on location.

• Manage a small team of grounds maintenance operatives in multiple commercial properties
• Work independently or within a small team to carry out planned maintenance or reactive work
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards and client satisfaction
• Ensure correct operation of hand-held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• Perform vehicle checks

• Experience managing a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Proficiency with hand-held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
• Valid driver's licence

• Company van and mobile iPad provided
• Full PPE, tools and equipment supplied
