Are you seeking a new opportunity in Lettings Property Management? We’re partnered with an area leading property management in Nottingham who have recently had backing from an overseas organisation, allowing them to grow further and discover new, innovative ways to streamline processes and have access to new technology which hasn’t yet been used within the property sector. Our client will support you with clear training and qualification support (ARLA) and you will be working in a high performing culture where opportunities for progression will be attainable.

You will be managed a local portfolio of 250 properties whereby the previous property manager has maintained relationships with all landlords and tenants.

• Managing a portfolio of 250 residential properties across Nottingham
• Handling the check in/out processes
• Conducting property inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Liaising efficiently with other departments
• Issuing section notices when needed

We’re looking for driven individuals wanting a new challenge where they will be hands on and part of a hard-working team. Our client has created a culture which is set by the senior leadership team; you will be integral to building and maintaining this so being a team player and proactive in your approach to working will be very important.

• £35,000 salary + commission
• ARLA Sponsorship
• Generous holiday package + Bank holidays
• Modern office space
• Mon-Fri, (8:45-5:30), working 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-1)

• 2 years’ experience in property management
• Full UK Driving License
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skill
