Graduate Sales Account Manager

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key part in future business growth, through the targeted prospecting of B2B leads. You will be given a full, structured training programme which rivals those of organisations far larger whilst having the opportunity to be recognised as making a real difference to the business.

In return, you can expect a strong benefits package and a competitive salary of c £30,000 + bonuses for year one, with regular salary reviews meaning year 1 earnings of c £35,000 and year 2 expected earnings for an average performer of c £50k! You will be based out of recently renovated offices which provides the best opportunity for growth, to include classroom, meeting hubs, break rooms complete with table tennis and football tables & fresh coffee machine!

• Contact prospective businesses to grow revenue, building ongoing business relationships with prospects
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and future business
• Ensure continuous growth of your key client base and proactive encourage engagement with your brand
• Provide industry leading guidance to clients

Skills & Experience

• Educated to degree level with at least a 2:1 essential
• Genuine desire to build a career in Sales, Business Development or Account Management essential
• Professional telephone manner
• IT literate
• Money motivated
