Occasionally, we collaborate with architects, cost consultants, IT/Facilities specialists, and other professionals.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager / Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and managing key client relationships. With a strong focus on technical sales, you ll be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales:
Conduct engaging technical sales presentations to senior stakeholders. - Project Management:
Lead and win major projects, from preparing detailed tender responses (including eBids) to producing accurate quotes. - Client Engagement:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. - Business Development:
Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities to grow our client base. - Strategic Sales:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligned with the company s goals and client needs. - Collaboration:
Liaise with architects, consultants, and other third parties as needed to ensure seamless project execution.
Candidate Requirements:
- A technical background in design (preferred) or a related field.
- Proven success in winning and managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience in completing tender responses, including eBids.
- Ability to generate and manage quotations effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive and strategic approach to business development.
- Furniture industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
