Salary: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Account Manager to join our growing team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a high‑achieving graduate to start a commercial career within the fast‑paced logistics sector
, managing client relationships and driving revenue growth from day one.

You’ll work closely with existing customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deliver value‑driven logistics solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and ongoing account management
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell logistics solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage account performance, margins, and customer satisfaction
• Develop commercial and negotiation skills in a competitive environment

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university
• At least 6 months’ customer‑facing experience (e.g. sales, retail, hospitality, account management, customer service)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Commercially minded with a desire to work in a target‑driven environment
• Resilient, motivated, and eager to build a career in account management
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services

• £30,000 base salary
