Customer Advisor - Trade Point at B&Q, Nottingham.

Shifts available: Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour.

As a Trade Point Customer Advisor, you’ll help deliver a great experience for our Trade Point members by engaging, listening and selling the right products & services.

• Deal with all kinds of trade members every day.
• Take ownership of Trade Point members and get to know their business through great conversations.
• Recommend the right products and services based on their needs.
• Promote and sign up trade members to our loyalty scheme.
• Flexibly work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and learning from others.

• Excellent communicator and team worker.
• Ability to adapt approach to different customers and colleagues.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers.
• Proactive in spotting new business opportunities.
• Enjoy helping trade members achieve value for themselves and their clients.
• Flexible to work varied shifts.
• Willingness to pitch in as part of a team.
