Inside Sales Exec - Outbound - £25k + Uncapped OTE

Our client, a Global Business Communication brand, is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to focus on outbound sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting our clients’ existing Small and Medium Customers who currently use their services and drive additional value from those customers.

• Contact existing customers and upsell/cross‑sell our messaging solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of daily customer contacts, number of converted customer conversations and number of closed sales
• Exceed productivity measures such as time spent talking to customers per day, revenue achieved per day, etc.
• Qualify and understand all opportunities effectively
• Up‑sell to recently won new customers to find additional opportunities
• Have an understanding of the customer buying process
• Value‑based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions
• Work through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals
• Maintain up‑to‑date records on the company’s CRM system ()

• Proven track record of success in an inside sales role, specifically in a proactive sales role
• High levels of resilience and determination to overcome objections
• Very strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers
