• Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted advisor
• Identifying upselling opportunities and suggesting additional products or services
• Supporting customers to grow and make the most of digital ordering channels
• Analysing buying patterns to create meaningful, value‑adding conversations
• Handling queries and challenging situations professionally and efficiently
• Consistently working towards sales targets while maintaining high service standards

• Friendly, outgoing and confident when speaking to customers
• Experience in sales or a customer focused environment
• Comfortable selling over the phone and building long‑term relationships

• Starting salary £26,000 plus incentives and commission
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more
