Hourly Rate: £12.76

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per shift

Shift Pattern: Various days and hours

Job summary: Protect and serve M&S stores, people and assets while delivering excellent customer service. Use body‑worn cameras and mobile devices for incident reporting. Enjoy company‑funded training and a range of flexible benefits.

• Follow all policies and legal requirements.
• Engage with provided technology for effective incident reporting.
• Review and improve assignment instructions.
• Remain alert, report hazards and maintain vigilance.
• Handle challenging situations with calm professionalism.
• Contact emergency services when required.

• Security experience essential.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• 5 years trackable working history in the UK.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle to cover all locations.
