Working hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting £46,142 (Level one) rising to £49,282 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)
AboutThe Role
As a Social Worker in the first response service, you will be responsible for ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time through strengths based assessment, working in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub or Duty Assessment Service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct strengths‑based assessment of children and families.
- Coordinate with multi‑agency partners to provide timely support.
- Provide reflective supervision and maintain manageable caseloads.
- Support resilience and well‑being of children and families.
