We’re looking to pay up to £38,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

• Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment
• Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training
• Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment
• Support our ‘step‑up’ members of the team in their development at the site

• Excellent knowledge of end‑to‑end training cycle
• Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working
• Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results
• Strong interpersonal skills
• CLASS 2 LICENCE
