Royal Caribbean Cruises is looking for energetic and passionate Sports Activities Staff to join our onboard team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at sea with a world-class cruise line while delivering fun, high-quality sports and recreational experiences for our guests.

Contract Details

• 6-month onboard contract
• Work 7 days per week
• Shared cabin with one teammate from the same department
• Tax-free salary paid in USD
• Flights, meals, and accommodation included

What You’ll Do

• Organize and host sports activities and tournaments
• Lead group and individual recreational sports sessions
• Provide one-on-one instruction on the rock climbing wall (training provided)
• Assist with Flow Rider operations (training provided)
• Deliver outstanding guest service in a professional and friendly manner

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sports instruction, fitness, or recreational activities
• Proven experience organizing tournaments
• Sports-related degree preferred
• Public speaking and coaching experience are a plus
• Strong knowledge of basketball, volleyball, golf, and table tennis
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
