Nottingham City Transport, 6 time UK Bus Operator of the year, is currently recruiting trainee and experienced bus drivers.

NO PREVIOUS BUS DRIVING EXPERIENCE NEEDED: During our 8‑week training programme, our award‑winning Training Team will support you all the way in obtaining your qualifications and help you gain confidence behind the wheel. All training is funded by the company, so you can learn while you earn.

• Enjoy the security of a full‑time, permanent job driving buses and carrying some of the most satisfied customers in the country
• £13.72 per hour starter rate (this includes your bus driver training period) rising to £14.11 per hour after 6 months
• Progress and earn over £31,400 a year (£15.50 per hour)*
• Enjoy 28 days holiday, rising to 34 days per year after 4 years’ service
• Free group‑ride travel for you on NCT buses and free travel for you and two nominees on all NCT buses and the tram
• Paid meal breaks
• Earn premium payments for all hours worked on Sundays and after 21:00 Mon‑Sat
