Job Responsibilities
- Review and retrieve information from historical hardcopy and digital records.
- Verify and update data relating to property titles and associated records.
- Perform accurate data entry and cross-check information against source documents.
- Review document conditions and identify discrepancies or issues for follow-up.
- Access and maintain records using Microsoft Office and designated digital systems.
- Perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Good command of English, including reading comprehension and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Comfortable using computers and digital systems, including basic troubleshooting.
- Experience in data retrieval, verification and entry.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
1 year (Immediate to end September 2027)
42 working hours per week
