• Customer-facing tasks such as answering public's general enquiry email. You may be required to initiate a call to customer when attending to such enquiries.
• Promote e-services and chatbot.
• Any other administrative work that may be assigned to you from time to time.

• At least A Level or Diploma
• Candidates will be provided with training
• Candidates with prior customer service background preferred.
• Good written communication skills.
• Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data.
• Self-motivated individual and able to handle at least 20 cases per day.
