We are seeking an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction organisation based in Bermuda. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a stunning island location while contributing to major projects of significant scale and complexity.

The successful candidate will initially be dedicated full-time to a $25m+ Commercial project
, providing full commercial oversight from procurement through delivery. Following this assignment, you will support a diverse pipeline of upcoming works across various sectors.

This is a contractors-QS position requiring a commercially astute professional who can work independently, represent the organisation with confidence, and drive value throughout the project lifecycle.

• Full cost management of major capital projects ($25m+)
• Procurement strategy, tendering, contract administration and commercial reporting
• Risk, value, and change management
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels
• Ensuring programme, cost, and quality objectives are met
• Supporting wider commercial functions across future projects

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management
• Proven track record delivering projects of $25m+ value
• RICS qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong professional capability
• International, island, or Caribbean project experience (preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Bermuda on a single-status basis
• Adaptability, independence, and strong communication skills
